Sola Cymbal

Sola Cymbal steps out with Agbanilagbatan concert

Sola Cymbal has always been one of the favourite singers each time a gospel gig holds in town. Few years back she released an album.

Sola is on her second album and now she wants to do things differently. This time the big stage has been set; a stage big enough to drag many people to Muffy Hall in Yaba on Sunday, October 22.

She says, “Well, I have learnt that life is in phases and stages. Whosoever wants to break limits should be ready to grow and learn new ways of doing things. As of the time I released my first album, I never had the kind of exposure I have now. So it is necessary to do it in a big way so as to get a big and unquantifiable result.”

And her fans should expect more this time in every way with Agbanilagbatan.

This album is loaded and she has the conviction that the songs were inspired by the Holy Spirit. And they are for all segments of the society as the songs cut across to the young and the old and delivered in the three major Nigerian languages. For the great strides she has made in a short time, Sola has produced a majorly “songs of gratitude expressing God’s sovereignty, awesomeness and His power to deliver completely those who call on Him.”

And this is the message she has as well for everyone who listens to the songs.

And there are a lot of expectations from this launch concert and the next few years for the Cymbal of a lady.

And so she boldly declares, “Very soon Sola Cymbal will become a household name both locally and internationally. I see myself as an international music minister declaring the integrity of the word of God to the world; leading people to worship Him in spirit and in truth. I see salvation of souls and diverse miracles happening anywhere my song is played or sang.

“We want to reach out to many souls, spread the songs to the whole world, and get more support and that’s why we are making this concert a huge one.

“I have received so much support from my friends and family. They believe in me, in my vision and they run along with me with the vision and I use this opportunity to say thank you to them.”

The concert, which starts at 2pm with the Red Carpet, will also feature Praiz Carrier, Rhema Mass Choir, Xtreme Illusion, Tobi Gold, Olisa Peterson and Rose Olugboye. There will be guest appearances by Rev Timi Orokoya Telemi, Wole Oni, G-Minor, Monique, Fabiyi and Friday Egbe.
